Brief Introduction:

C-423 series UV adhesive is a general-purpose UV adhesive with a wide range of applications. It is suitable for bonding substrates such as glass, metal, and plastic. It is used in applications like wire harness reinforcement and the fixing and bonding of electronic components. It cures rapidly under UV light, forming a strong bond. After curing, the adhesive strength is so high that it can break the substrate without debonding. It is resistant to drops, impacts, temperatures up to +85°C, high humidity (95%), and thermal shocks.

Product Performance:
C-423 series UV adhesive is a general-purpose UV adhesive with a wide range of applications. It is suitable for bonding substrates such as glass, metal, and plastic. It is used in applications like wire harness reinforcement and the fixing and bonding of electronic components. It cures rapidly under UV light, forming a strong bond. After curing, the adhesive strength is so high that it can break the substrate without debonding. • Viscosity: 3000–8000 cps (customizable according to customer requirements)
• Color: Transparent (color can be adjusted arbitrarily; fluorescent effect can be added)
• Features: Excellent toughness, impact resistance
• Hardness: D50–70 (adjustable)
• Environmental Performance: Halogen-free, solvent-free
